set your locale environment
variable
NLSPATH=$TUXDIR/locale/C (in Unix)and export it
or set NLSPATH=%TUXDIR%\locale\C (in windows)
Here
TUXDIR is the environment variable that points to
the top directory where tuxedo product is
installed (.e.g in unix /usr/local/bea/tuxedo8.1 )
